Okay, so I decided to give this whole "24 Hours With No Phone" challenge a whirl. BIG MISTAKE?! Not really, but it was definitely insane. First off, finding the motivation to actually put my phone away was tougher than expected! But once I did, things got totally unexpected.

I spent way too much time gazing out the window. Like, seriously, clouds became incredibly entertaining. I even began to chat with a squirrel. Don't judge. It was lonely out there without my phone for company!

The craziest part? My brain felt like it was working on turbo. I had these wild ideas popping up left and right.

By the end of the day, I felt energized - but also kind of lost without my phone's constant notifications. Maybe I need to find a better balance between real life and the digital world.
